Cbank: Share of mobile, online banking users rises to 45%
MOSCOW, Jul 18 (PRIME) -- The share of Russians using online or mobile banking rose to 45.1% as of May from 31.5% as of May 2017, the central bank said on Wednesday in a statement.
“More than half of adult population of Russia, or 54.3%, are ready to start using remote channels of access to financial services regularly if possible,” the regulator said.
The share of small and medium-sized enterprises exploiting online access to banking services rose to 79.6% over the year from 73.6%.
